Bug: Second Participant can no longer see the first participant after first participant turn his camera off and on again three times #12

========Testing Device======== iPhone 6sPlus ~ 14.2 iPhone 6 ~ 12.4.8

========Gruveo SDK Version======== 1.6

========Steps to replicate========

  1. Connect video call
  2. Participant 1 then turn his camera OFF
  3. After a few seconds participant 1 turned his camera back ON
  4. Repeat steps 2 to 3 two more times
  5. Participant 2 can no longer see participant 1. Participant 2 only sees a black screen( even though Participant 1 video is on)

Please check this issue.
