Building on issue #33, the bot will need to send certain instructions on certain days, as well as send—preferably context-sensitive—reminders and messages to the participants (i.e., send a reminder to a user when they haven't completed a task yet, and send a 'please wait a little longer' message to the other user in that pair who may have already completed their side of the task).
