initial fix for issue #303 #304

The only remaining issue is if a dmg file is published with a space in its volume name.

Currently all the dmg's mount as "installGemStone" so for now this bug won't present. However, if in the future GemTalk publishes a dmg with a name like "Install GemStone" this script will fail.
