More networking options #162

Reason:Networking optimize

Description:
Perhaps its possible to get more networking options,
Eth, or venet selection
if an extra network interface is installed selecting secondary subnet on this 
controller etc...

This would be great, because we are trying to Migrate away from ProxMoxVE 
(Performance is not that good) and we need VETH networking. 

[ At the time we can use ovz-web-panel to create and monitor our containers but 
that's it. If we try to adjust settings (we already configured our host for 
veth manually) like Memory...well we can't because an IP Address is required by 
the interface. And if we give it a dummy address the networking for the machine 
is screwed until we manually reconfigure the container AND the host. ]  

The other thing which would be nice regarding networking would be multiple 
IPs/Routes/Gateways :D

I don't know if it has been already requested, but the option to add multiple 
IPs addresses on the same machine - that can be done in any case using 
vzctl set <VEID> --ipadd <ip> --save
via command line, might be great!
