IP not sorted well #276

Steps to reproduce:
1. Create IP pool
2. First IP Address 192.168.0.1
3. Last IP Address 192.168.0.240
4. Create
5. Create a new virtual server 

Actual result:
IP are sorted by character.

Expected result:
Addresses sorted in ascending order

Version of the product:
2.0

Server OS:
Debian 6 (Squeeze)

Browser:
Mozilla Firefox 4

Please consider also fixing the VEID sorting BTW, which has the same issues.
I have for example:
100104
1010
12300
