OpenVZ, ovz wep panel and IPv6

Hi all,

I had a problem with my host who does not want to provide me with IPv4 and 
offered a solution that is IPv6.

I use OpenVZ and I really do not know how it works with IPv6 and especially OVZ 
Wep Panel which does not accept IPv6.

What I really want is to use my IPv6 with OpenVZ but I see Putty and WinSCP 
does not support IPv6. I have the right and 6IPv4 64IPv6 and now I can not 
create a VPS with IPv6 and access with Putty or WinSCP.

My questions: Is it possible to put behind a IPv4 IPv6? Or how to enable the 
panel OVZ Web Panel support IPv6?

I looked for a solution or tutorials on the web but nothing conclusive and that 
is why I turn to you.
