[features] download subtitles in different file #63

Hi, I would like to download subtitles independently from video, or at least to be able to deactivate them. Would it be possible and easy to implement?

@MissCaligari Hi, unfortunately, the video stream that we get from Arte is shipped with audio and subtitles (not like a MKV container where you can split audio, video and subs as they are streamed as separate files).

This feature can't be implemented :(
