Various fixes and enhancements for Platesolving module:

Telescope GOTO implementation with platesolving for maximum accuracy.
SIMBAD query: find targets using SIMBAD online service (only if AstroPhoto Plus is connected through the Internet).
Abort: allow to stop platesolving prematurely.

More minor UI fixes and enhancements.
