Minor fixes to build system (particularly OSX):

Get correct library path for libdc1394 (fixing link errors in OSX)
Use QHash instead of std::hash (which also gave some linking errors in OSX)
Fix OSX package suffix
implement a retry mechanism for deploy script

@GreatAttractor merging before your review, as it contains quite a few useful stuff, but if you can find the time to give a look at the PR anyway, it would be great :)

(Also, did you have a look at the new CI/CD system?)
