Add net6.0-windows as supported target
Update deprecated Microsoft.CodeAnalysis.FxCopAnalyzers to Microsoft.CodeAnalysis.NetAnalyzers

I'll try to find time to pack and publish soon.

Sadly the test run for this project has not been reliable on CI.
