Jungle serpents around fort livingston in Northern stranglethorn are supposed to be level 35, unless you're in the level 80+ Zandalari quest chain. Instead, the level 83 Jungle sepents are there, attacking from way outside normal range.
What should happen:
Jungle serpents should be either level 35, or phased out until level 80+
