DK, class mount, 'The Lost Glacier' quest #3761

What is happening:

Quest can't be obtained / taken.

After completing previous quest 'Draconic Secrets', the 'The Lost Glacier' quest pops up but after accepting nothing happens and it is not appearing in players quest log.

It can't be taken in class hall, because there is no NPC that gives it.

What should happen:

  1. Quest should appear in quest log after taking.
  2. NPC that gives quest should exist. / Quest should be able to be retaken.
