Upon using Outbreak the target will get debuffed with (Frost Fever & Blood Plague - the old dk diseases). Also Outbreak is supposed to spread Virulent plague to nearby targets which doesnt happen. The eruption effect is also obselete both on death and on dmg instance. As a result of this all of the Deathknight talents that buff Virulent plague are not working both Ebon Plague and Epidemic do absolutely nothing.
Upon using Outbreak the target should get debuffed with Virulent Plague with 7.2.5 values, the debuff should be spread to any mob that comes within 10 yards from the target in the next 6 seconds, also there should be 30% chance everytime Virulent plague deals damage to erupt and do 106% of attack power shadow dmg divided among nearby enemies, this effect should also happen if the target dies.
How to replicate: Use outbreak on any enemy.
