Pizza Addon Uniform Errors #3

Something between V2 and now broke the Pizza uniforms, they model fine on the characters that spawn with them but equipping them in arsenal results in a invisible model. Also, uniforms on the premade units do not exist in the inventory screen ingame (although the units that spawn with them still have the grenades and other items they are supposed to spawn with). Uniforms on units equipped in the arsenal show fine in the inventory screen, but cannot be put on another character without using the arsenal.

All models and inventory sizings, regardless of order or unit equiped, work properly as of latest commit.
