• Made the code support Visual Studio 2013 and earlier - C# 6 is still new and requires Visual Studio 2015, which most people don't have, avoid using it in public projects.
• Fixed path references - when a full path is not provided in a path reference, the location filled in is the execution path (eg. through a cmd or batch from another folder) which could lead to the creation of additional files in other locations.
• No reason to compile against x64, the server could run on a system running on x32.
• Added a code to automatically "Unblock" filterscripts and gamemodes downloaded from the internet.
• Shared libs folder.

Thanks for contributing! Some consistency was much needed. And I have to agree, while C#6 is really neato it's not popular yet.

Happy to help :) Also Visual Studio (unless configured otherwise) will space and order things nicely, when I believe that I might have messed up some spacing I just replace the closing bracket at the end of the file.
