After 5 minutes of game, synchronisation with players is lagged and messages on chat is showing up to minute after i send it.

Synchronization is very dependent on your connection, their connection and the servers latency. It is typically horrible to sometimes down right perfect. The difference between this an MTA is there is no predictive algorithm yet... i think.
