WIndow moves to second monitor after a specific height #1688

I have two monitors. One of them has the Top Bar, the other doesn't. After I set guake to be a specific height, the terminal moves on to the monitor which doesn't have the Top Bar. This can also be replicated easy by using the shortcuts to increase the height. After a certain point, I see the terminal move on to my second screen. Can only be brought back to the main screen if the height is the correct amount.

I am not sure if #1547 is related.

I recently switched from debian buster to bullseye and now I have the same problem. This is surely a regression (broke somewhere between 3.4.0 and 3.6.3).

guake_jumping In this video I use "toggle fullscreen". It works as expected until I hide guake. After that it appears on second screen. If I toggle fullscreen again it will return to original display.
