problem about test_rgb_list.txt #3

Hi, I am so appreciated to your repositories. However , there is something doubtable. the label in the test_rgb_list.txt are all 0,I think it maybe wrong.

@travisCxy Sorry, I did not receive the email about the issue. The labels of the test datasets were not released when I released this git, so I assigned 0 to all the test labels.
