home: broken emoji #2

At the moment, (I assume) fontconfig's emoji configurations are broken. Since I am not a fontconfig expert, I need help on this.

I believe it is broken since commit https://github.com/Guanran928/flake/commit/6e84d833eb3c6856fe60285656db1532b5a5d138. https://github.com/Guanran928/flake/tree/master/users/guanranwang/home-manager/profiles/device-type/graphical/nixos/fonts

alacritty and konsole displays a outline version of the emoji dunst, mako and all GTK apps, does not display emojis at all foot and wezterm do display them tdesktop and firefox uses custom emojis

dunst, mako and GTK apps are now showing emojis after d447d04
