Allow user to set time range #10

Currently, the site is hard coded to check 60 days of activities. The user should be allowed to edit this.

100% this. Playing trials with it loading the last 60 days takes at least 5 min to load everything if not longer, when its trying to grab around 3000+ videos from twitch its pretty rough, being able to set it to start on the Friday and go to x day would be such a huge quality of life change, loading ~100+ videos for a weekend instead of loading 3000 from the past two months to see just the last 4 days would make such a huge quality of life change.
