Feature request: Spawn chests underground

Update the plugin, so it will be able to spawn chests inside of buildings or caves instead of the highest possible level.

well you can already do this, just disable the fall-effect for the chests you want to spawn inside. Fall effect can be enabled or disabled for each chest with /lc edit or in config globally. If done in config, the chests already created won't be impacted.
