This PR cleans up the main function and prepares Impose for being packed by pyinstaller.

Cleans up __main__.py
Adds a program icon
Allows to print the current version with --version (usefull for checking if Impose was built correctly via pyinstaller)
Adds support to multiprocessing for being frozen via pyinstaller (necessary because bmlab imports multiprocessing)
Removes unused splash code

@paulmueller Besides that _version.py does not return the correct version anymore (which should be unrelated, see #33), this PR is good to go.
