rtlsdr-wsprd use a library (wsprd) under GNU GPLv3, and BSD-2 license is incompatible with it.
it's not possible to simply use a git sub-module, to easily decouple the library from my source code, and link this external code to some other repository, also, I decided to switch the license to a GNU GPLv3.
