ME seems to be removed from Google Play #166

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Try to open 
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=ch.racic.android.marketenabler
2. You will see a notice that the link was not found

Yes, it got removed because of "content policy" and I did not get any response 
from google on why exactly.
Probably some users flaged it as inappropriate.

Just download it from the Project site and if I do an update I will publish it 
here again and integrate the old update mechanism again.
