So I have installed the bot and added it to my server with no problems. However, when my friends and I add songs using "/add example" or "!add example" I get a message that the song will be added to the wait list and no song will play. I have yet to get the bot to play any music yet my friend claims that he can see the green ring around the bots name (of course there is no sound) but my other friend and I aren't seeing that.
Also, when I type "!queue" it claims the queue is empty after I just added a few songs. Is there some mistake that I have made in either installing the supporting programs or the bot itself? And should the bot play music right away after it is added to the queue, or do I need to type a command?
Lastly (I apologize for the long message) when we decided to try a soundcloud link instead of youtube using the "/soundcloud example" command the bot crashes. This is the following report in case it helps you remedy that (assuming its not an issue on my end):
