Change: Add more info on project page and visual bug

Projekte:

• [x] Add time period to the project info „year“ (2023–2024) or (since 2023)
  • add optional end_date on json ?
• [x] add another project info "With“ were we can put all out project partners
• [x] remove background color after images loaded "background of a gallery is darker grey between the last images (vlg. image below, at Ben's screen, I dont think it is a bug but its just loading (?))"
• [x] change design.js to fit path

@ah-bas-und-aer @bj-Bas-und-Aer There are new keys in the design.json files for adding the extra info:

"endYear": "now", - will add "since" or "seit" "endYear": 2025, - will add timeframe "yyyy - yyyy"

there is no way to "pull out" project partners since we dont have a database. You still have to add them by hand.
