Fix Buffout 4 NG parsing error and add more succinct amd vs. nvidia test. #45
The scanner was picking up the "Modified by" plugins in Buffout 4 NG scans as possible plugin culprits.
Also it was not formatting them properly, so even if we did want them in the list (or even a separate list), they were listed in an unhelpful fashion.
