OpenChecklist - cannot edit the size of the button and its text

Added in the Readme.md a guidance of how to edit the title as following:

Editing the "Do List" title

You can edit the title by clicking on Title in the guide dashboard from https://dashboard.contextu.al/ then under Text & Font type the desired title you want to appear on the start button.

@amraboelela tested against App Version:2.3+1709259341

1. The issue is survey template doesn't have Title menu item in the right menu bar. Title field is under the Feedback menu and it doesn't update "Do list"

2. How to Edit the "Do list" button size? container width 70% doesn't update anything
