What version of the MegaPirateNG are you using?
Actively running 2.8r3, playing with 2.9r7

Please provide any additional information below.
If no one is planning on enabling this sensor I am willing to try to add 
support, just didn't want to duplicate effort

I'm and other developers has no PX4Flow sensor so You can do it.
