Is there any merit - or is it even a good fit - to developing a Dockerfile for sherloq (or does one exist already?)?

Sincerely, I'm not an expert in Docker, I used only the standard Python + PIP in Virtual Environments, but that could be interesting! However, the user @weskerfoot proposed some changes to make the installation easier.
