Add NextGuild Library #33

Hi!

We'd like to add NextGuild -- to the library resource set. We're a upcoming python library -- looking to simplify interactions with the Guilded API.

Hi there, sorry for the delay. This package does not seem very structurally coherent and it has not received a public changelog since August, are you sure you still want it to be added to this page?
