[FEATURE] Create installation scripts and use README template

Description

Create installation scripts for PowerShell and Shell/Bash and replace README.md content with installation/usage documentation. Move the current content of README.md to README.template.md

The installation scripts should request the POC name (what is under probation) and rename files and directories accordingly.

Tasks:

• [x] Create install.ps1 script.
• [x] Create install.bat script.
• [x] Create install.sh script.
• [x] Move content of README.md to README.template.md.
• [x] Documentation installation/usage process in README.md.

Additional information

• The PowerShell installation script could be based on this: initial-setup.ps1
• The Shell/Bash installation script could be based on this: initial-setup.sh
• The Batch/.bat installation script should only call the install.ps1 script. initial-setup.bat
