Add unit tests #13

This is important, especially for functions average_technical_replicates() and correct_fret_signal().

Equation quadratic_homodimer is not covered yet, but I don't have any example dataset for this one anyway.

Unit tests will need to be adapted to the new way processing functions work. Example datasets might need to be updated as well.
