Bugfixes + Simple-UF2 customisations #30

Feel free to ignore. Get the feeling I`m about to make a prat of myself here...

Fixed screenshot. No longer back to front. Background renders correctly Placed names of payloads back (I prefer the look of either all named or none) Other minor alterations for my use in Simple-UF2. Just made it use Hekate folders. New folder created in bootloader called gfx needed. Made fresh default_icon.bmp background.bin is now bootlogo.bin so can be used as a hekate graphic.

Never done a pull request so I dont really understand what I am doing with them. Git wasnt around in my day!

I`m assuming a pull request lets you "pull" stuff from me.
