Tests not executing correctly when not in root directory #2

If the instance of Vim wasn't started in the root directory, running individual file tests doesn't work correctly. Probably because it is trying to execute the tests in the current directory.

Hmm.. Trying this out and it seems to be fine? I've tried running it from test and library directories.

Might be an individual configuration issue?
