Change tune Modes via Dip Switches #261

Hi,

it will be quite goot to change the tuning mode via the 4 Dip switches on the
side of the copter. So we can make 4^2 = 16 tune Mode positions.
So you do not need an PC to change this and you can check different tune parts
on the fild, and at home you can set the values, by marking the points on your
Radio or moving it with trimming and reminde the value on your Computer Radio
System.
tune 0 = no tuning.

tune 1 = STABILIZE_KP

tune 2 = STABILIZE_KI

tune 3 = Yaw_KP

tune 4 = RATE_KP

tune 5 = RATE_KI

tune 6 = YAW_RATE_KP

tune 7 = THROTTLE_KP

tune 8 = TOP_BOTTOM_RATIO (for Y6)

tune 9 = Manual control of the relay

tune 10 = Waypoint traversing speed (0m/s to 10m/s)

Next rev of the hardware will be loosing the dip switches, which is why I've
avoided using them...
Cool idea though.
