LED support on APM2 #358

Apparently we don't support LED code on the APM2.  We should!

We need to decide on what patterns we support by default but as a minimum it 
probably includes:
   1. GPS light (i.e. flashing at startup, solid after lock)
   2. Motors armed light
   3. battery monitor

Different support for tradHeli vs Quads should be possible.

Easy ability for users to add their own patters would also be a nice-to-have.
