Mission Planner not showing all CH6 options #366

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Going to Configuration Screen on Mission Planner
2. CH6 option for tunning
3. The list doesn't show the defines 21 CH6_RATE_KD and 22 CH6_LOITER_RATE_P

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Is this list on the Planner programmed in separate and updated at each
new version or does this lists the defined modes at defines.h (arducopter) ? If 
it's the first then I believe it will have them 
available in next version, but it would make more sense to read this
list from defines.h so we could use only the tuning params we need.

Please use labels and text to provide additional information.
