Wrong adtional Stabilize D param in mission planner #401

Arducoper NG or ACM?
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open Mission Planner, connect and go to config tab
2. In the CH6 tunning possible parameters, at the bottom there is Stabilize kD 
3. Choosing this param, doesn't affect any of the params, and I believe the one 
that it's tunning Stab kD is the CH6_DAMP, look at the the print screen I send.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
choosing STABILIZE_KD shoud affect the D param at Stabilize, and it doesn't. 
The one that does that is CH6_DAMP. 
Also tunning D param for RATE D, whatever max value I put in the box, only 
allows from 0.001 to 0.005 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

AC 2.5.3 (download area file) MP 1.1.62

     Yes, I noticed this over the weekend.  In the latest version in trunk, the CH6_STABILIZE_KD also updates the stabilize KD term (i.e. does the same thing as CH_DAMP).
     Any opinion on which one we should keep?  I think CH6_STABILIZE_D is easier to understand so I vote for keepign that one.  We should move it higher up in the drop-down list.

There is no CH6_DAMP in MP 1.2.31 so guess this issue is solved
