Values entered in Min and Max at the Mission Planner do not match RATE_D parameter

Arducoper NG or ACM?
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Select RATE_D parameter for ch6 tunning
2. put min at 0.000 and max at 0.010
3. turn the variable channel at the radio

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
if you rotate the knob to mid point you should have a value of 0.005 
in the RATE_D value. You have nothing. 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
MP 1.1.63 and AC 2.5.3 (download area)

Please provide any additional information below.
In order for you to have a value of 0.010 at RATE_D, you should put a 
max value of 0.1, or if you want a max value of 0.5, you should put a max value 
of 5, that doesn't match with the other parameters, there's a multiplying 
factor of 10. Look at attached images
