3dFix via outputrail not working on APM2?

Hello

I have an APM2 (V2.4)
Firmware: 2.5.5 arducopter

it looks like there is a problem with 3Dfix

1. when the board is powered via output rail, telemetry finds about 6 
satellites.
i can wait about 15 minutes and i getting no 3dFix.
(powered via extern 5V bec)
(with Power-Jumper)

2. when the board is powered via inputrail
sat-finding goes very fast and i get a 3dFix in about 1-2 minutes.
(powered via extern 5V bec)
(without Power-Jumper)

3. when the board is powered via USB, MissionPlanner displays about 6 
satellites.
sat-finding goes very fast and i get a 3dFix in about 1-2 minutes. (like 2.)
(with Power-Jumper)

Is it a Firmware Bug or GPS failure or damaged board?

I tried to push the reset button but 1.) still not working.
i also disconnected everthing, and only powered the board via outputrail, same 
problem 

Please help!

This is how I power my board and I get a fix. Strange.

you power it via outputrail? and its working?
maybe its a voltage issue of my BEC (uBEC, 5.3 V, 5 A).
Can you tell me what BEC you use?

Sounds to me like a uBEC noise problem (switchmode). I will close this issue
