camera pitch stabilization issue #443

Arducoper NG or ACM?

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. The camera pitch stabilization doesn't function properly.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The movement of the servo isn't smooth, it has practically crazy response.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Arducopter 2.6 the OS is windows XP

Please provide any additional information below.
The problem is relevant to the output of APM, in fact, exchange the two servos 
(HS5245MG) the issue is always on the APM OUTPUT CH5.
