Sometimes changes during saving Model are getting lost #255

The following error message occurs:

Save Failed No EObjectDescription could be found in Scope Entity.incoming for Application'Kleinanzeigen'.models[0]->Models'Model'.relations[0]->ManyToManyRelationship Semantic Object: Application'Kleinanzeigen'.models[0]->Models'Model'.entities[0]->Entity'kleinanzeige'

Any hints how to reproduce this?

I can't reproduce but it occurs sometimes. As soon as I have an idea how to reproduce I will report here.
