EQUAL_MARGIN_ALL_SIDES doesn't work with a positive X Probe Offset #19

Wen the probe is mounted to the right of the nozzle, a positive offset is used instead of a negative offset. This causes the probe to go off the right edge of the bed. X probe offset is at 39.
