This will be the master issue for everything needed for the Mercenary antagonist to run as smoothly as possible (mercenaries as used in faction wars are probably okay for now)
High Priority
[x] Dedicated Mercenary Access + Doors (should have a similar color to the plastititanium wall)
[x] Mercenary IDs (should have maint access as well as merc, NO OTHER NT OR SYNDICATE ACCESS)
Maybe also agent ID functionality? Might be unbalanced, discussion needed
Medium Priority
[ ] A gamerule that does the following:
Spawns a random mercenary shuttle on its own map like the loneop ship
Places three random non-diona humanoids with ghost roles in the armory (these should probably be a custom spawn, mapped into the shuttles)
Picks a random crew member, weighted to select command the most
Assigns the selected crew member as a capture target with a custom antagonist objective on all three mercs, this objective will be fulfilled when the target is in the cell (if it is not possible to detect this, just leave it impossible to greentext for now)
[x] META's hardsuit
Identical stats to Nukie Commander hardsuit, except for 70% heat resist instead of 50% as well as being huge instead of ginormous
If it's possible to automatically apply an unremovable component once it is worn, do that. META is effectively sealed into the suit by anomalous means.
Name: Urban Solutions Command Shell
Description: A durable exosuit worn by Urban Solutions High Command personnel. If you're close enough to examine this suit and you're not dead, consider yourself lucky.
Helmet Description: There are small glyphs engraved in the helmet that make your head hurt when you look at them.
Should copy the sprite of the brigmed hardsuit pending a real sprite (see discussion posts for reference images)
META himself does not need a dedicated spawn, if he is needed, I can do it manually
[x] META's ID
Identical to mercenary IDs except for the title, "Urban Solutions Scenario Manager", and access (ideally different versions with accesses that can be used based on contractor, but otherwise, AA except for syndicate, NTPD, and CC)
Low Priority
[x] A dedicated mercenary communications channel
[ ] An orange text antag brief (like the ones that traitors get when they roll) that informs them of their goals (employer is always Urban Solutions) and regulations:
Capture your designated targets and hold them in your ship
Do not kill your targets
Do not engage with non-target crew unless you are forced to (by combat or otherwise)
