Adds

Up to the 6th rift, Assassin, Whelps, Chronomancer spawn in sequence, repeating. On the 7th rift and beyond, Executioner, Chronomancer, Whelps, Assassin spawn in sequence, repeating. On the 13th rift and beyond, Executioner, Vanquisher, Chronomancer, Assassin spawn in sequence, repeating.

Every Add except the Whelps has another ID they can spawn in. For example, assassin can be either 21137 and 17835. The only difference between them seems to be that one gives rep (17835) and the other does not. I've looked at this for about an hour now and I've seen no patter to their spawns. It seems like either IDs can spawn at random. So the first 6 rifts will be:

Infinite Assassin (17835 OR 21137)
Infinite Whelp (21818)
Infinite Chronomancer (17892 OR 21136)

Only 17835 has onkill reputation gains, at 2 from Normal and 3 from Heroic.

Adds ignore players unless:

1. Attacked at any point
2. Taunted AFTER they finish their waypoints and reached Medivh (after casting Corrupt Medivh)

They can still hold threat and react to players (play aggro sound, for example) but will not actively attack them until attacked first or being taunted after finishing their waypoints.

1. There is a timer for when another rift spawns.
2. If there is one spot open for a rift to spawn, then there's a 2-minute timer for when another rift can spawn.
3. If there are no spots left open no rifts can spawn.
4. As soon a spot opens, the 2-minute timer starts.
5. If there are no rifts up, then another spawns instantly.
6. If you're in the 13th rift or higher, the rift time limit is lowered to 1:30.
7. In both Heroic and Normal Mode, Boss Rifts have a 2.5-minute time limit until the next one spawns
8. Yes, 2 bosses can be up at one time

When the boss dies, I've still not found a conclusion to it. It seems that either it starts a 30s timer for the next portal OR the timer that was counting down as soon as the boss rift spawned, whichever is lowest. I.e. If the group in Normal Mode takes 2:15 to kill a boss, the next rift opens in 15s.

After finishing their waypoints written down below they:

1. Check if there are any other allied units in the immediate vicinity (think melee range)
2. If yes, they run to a random point inside a radius
3. Repeat until 1 is false
4. Cast Corrupt Medivh

If they are pulled far away from Medivh and combat is dropped, they'll go to a straight line towards him, about 20y away from Medivh and attempt to cast Corrupt Medivh

I will provide video proof later but you can see this behaviour on the Whelps, mainly. They'll upon reaching their destination they'll move away from each other to cast Corrupt Medivh. However, it is possible that 2 or more move to the exact same spot, triggering the move again. This movement can be chained several times, but I suspect there's a limit which they'll give up moving.

You can also notice this behavior by aggroing one of the adds and parking them near the destination of a freshly spawned add. Once they arrive at the destination, the new add will move away.

They WALK their waypoints. Not run them.
