Adds the mailing list banner for mobile and desktop and implements sending the data to MailChimp

Main styling done by @ILikeTeaALot, adjustments then made for mobile.

Checked on iPhone sizes, Samsung A50 and kinda works on iPad.

Closes #17.

Whoops! Don't review, as code refactors are needed (lots of duplicate code between the desktop and mobile mailing lists)
