If you the directory tree of a1, you will see there is lots of folders + files. This pull request aims to improve this by:

Moving boot, routes, etc and recovery into app :heavy_check_mark: Finished with commit a5310c2
Moving public into views :heavy_check_mark: Finished with commit d46bd59
Moving testing and coverage into misc :heavy_check_mark: Finished

I'm merging this into a1-dashboard-templating in order to avoid merge problems later on. These changes will accompany a1-dashboard-templating
