Add leading zeros to folder titles #48

Observe this link. You will see that due to GitHub not recognizing what numbers are (as do many sorting systems), the chapters are quite horrendously organized. Please fix this.

Suggestion: prepend "0" to all single-digit numbers.

I trust that the right people will be on this immediately.

As said by @anematode, this is actually not as trivial as it seems because there is a lot of backend that refences this. Please do not attempt to fix this by merely renaming the folders. Thanks!
