Using --launch during setup:

AttributeError: 'Namespace' object has no attribute 'n_batch'; (as expected)

Fix:

Pass launch_args undifferentiated to create function:
```
create_single_crontab(launch_args)
```
Amend create_single_crontab to build up command line with any options present besides 'bench_dir'.
Amend batch_submit.batch_run
